Return Policy

We have a 14day return policy on all of our electronics.You can only return the merchandise if the package has not been open yet.All returns must be notified to us asap.If your item is defective or not as described.We will change it out for the same one.We cannot accept returns on electronics once opened due to Pass experiences.We are not a major retail company ,so therefore once the items has been open we cannot repack the products and send it back to the company.Unless DOA,defective or Wrong item.

Shipping:

We use all major Shipping Carriers.EMS,UPS,FEDEX and USPS.Please Allow 14-21 business days to receive your Merchandise.Please don't include weekends and holidays.We Have Manufactures overseas and the USA.Most of our products are from here in the USA.Mostly the generic items are from overseas.Sometimes your Merchandise will come in an EMS package.EMS stands for express mail service.ALL of our products are New and sent directly from the Manufacture.The Items that are send from overseas comes with free insurance.If anything happen to your item it will be completely covered.We will replace it.
