How Long does it take to Receive my orders?

Generally it takes 14-21 business days to receive your order.Most of the time it's alot sooner.

What Method of payments do you currently accept?

Do you ship out items before payments has been cleared or received?

No.We donot ship out any products unless the merchandise is paid for first.

We carry both the Manufactures Brand and the generic Brand.The Generic Brand Will not have the Manufactures Name next to it.

What are Generic Brands?

Generic brands are Brands that is similar to the original Brand.It looks like the original but its not.It may have a different Name or no Name at all.Usually The generic Brand is Cheaper then the Original Brand.For Example you may see a Apple ipod nano then you may just see  One that says Ipod Nano.

What is your method of shipping?

We use all the major shipping Carriers.UPS,FEDEX,DHL and EMS.At this time we don't ship overseas due to the high risk of fraudulent activity and scams.We are working to improve our security system to protect you and the Employees of shop-more-payless.We only ship within the USA at this time.Our Warehouse is based in the USA.Some of our inventory also comes from overseas.We also sell generic(Non Name brand) electronics.Those products will come from overseas.Merchandise that's shipped from overseas will be shipped EMS and come with Free insurance.

Do you have a Return Policy?

Yes we do have a return policy.All electronics have a 14day return.In order for a refund you must send the item back in the same condition when received.All Accessories,paperwork must be included and not opended or used.We will inspect our products before issuing a credit back.If the item does not meet all the requirements we mentioned above we will not issue a credit back.There are returns on dvds if not opened.IF the merchandise is opened you cannot return it.Remember please notify us 24hrs before the deadline.If fail to notify us we are not obligated to offer you a refund.For example we answer most of our emails within 24hrs.For example If you email us on the  14th day saying you want a refund and we receive your email after this date we will not be obligated to offer you a credit.Remember all merchandise must be unopened and unused to receive a full refund.there is a 25% restocking fee.We are not responsible for paying for shipping charges when returning.

Does your Merchandise come with any warranty?

Do you offer Insurance with items that are being shipped.

Yes we do offer Free insurance on items that are being sent from overseas.Its free. you will not have to pay for insurance.If your item is lost or damaged.please let us know within 24hrs.Fail to do so we will assume your product is in good condition.For example if your product was damaged when you received it,and you notify us on the second day we are not obligated.If you try to return the item within the 14days you will not get a credit because we donot accept damaged items back.So to protect yourself it will be your responsibility to notify us within 24hrs ,and let us know your situation, so we can get the problem resolved.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship Internationally.It will take 28 days to receive your item.We will take extra measures to insure the safety of our customer and company.Due to all the scams going on.We will only ship internationally only if you agree to pay by western union,check or money order.We don't accept any other method of payments due to credit card fraud and online scams.If paying by check we will verify with our bank to make sure its a legite check.No items will be send out until payments have been made.NO EXCEPTIONS.Thankyou for your understanding.
